Bayou Corne/Grand Bayou Response Activity
Thursday, Sep. 26 work-
Sinkhole Activity Code 2 – elevated – increase in number of Very Long Profile seismic activity, generally associated with movement of gas/fluid below sinkhole, in area of sinkhole/Oxy 3 cavern – requires halting all work directly on sinkhole

Sub-slab Sampling and Ventilation
– Performing ambient and in-stack air monitoring at 1422 Jambalaya, 1404 Jambalaya, & 1457 Sauce Piquante

ORW/CPT Wells
– Monitoring pump drawdown tests of OGRW 1 (Oxy 2 well pad) and ORW 9 (west of containment berm)
– Continue installing piping to tank for beginning of drawdown test of ORWs 39 and 40 (north of containment berm)
– Reworking ORW 42 (north of containment berm)
– Reworking ORW 29 (off northwest corner of containment berm)
– Beginning rework of ORWs 28 and 29 (north of La. 70, west of Texas Brine facility)
– Installing MIHPTs 55 (west of containment berm) and 92W (Edmonds Rd)
– Setting up instrumentation and connections on DPVE 47 (access road west of containment berm)
– Installing flow meters from DPVE/ORW water tanks for discharge into sinkhole
– Sampling all aquifer monitoring wells

Containment Berm/Roads/Sinkhole
– Placing sand for access to ORW wells (west of Bayou Corne)
– Placing geotextile fabric and limestone on southwest containment berm
– Gauging water levels around containment berm, resetting and relocating water gauges in berm area
– Performing settlement plate and subsidence surveys around containment berms
