In status updates to Office of Conservation, Texas Brine reports:
Work continues on Rig Road improvements west of sinkhole to southern end of containment – initial southern berm 90 percent complete, initial northern berm 60 percent complete
Drilling of deep geophone well on Rig Road (G 03, south of Hwy. 70) has reached 1,100 feet, preparing to install casing
Perforating ORW 8 (Rig Road west of sinkhole)
Completing well pad for ORW 7 (west of Rig Road near Florida Gas Pipeline route)
Well access road construction begun for vent wells ORW 6 and ORW 9 (west of Rig Road near Florida Gas Pipeline route)
53 indoor air monitors (LEL and H2S monitors) installed in 21 Bayou Corne community structures to date
